There are eight short chapters. In my opinion, the following two are the most relevant:
"Methodological Approach to the Study of Schizophrenic Thought Disorder" by Kurt Goldstein relates brain damage to reduced capacity to abstract.
"The Specific Laws of Logic in Schizophrenia" by Von Domarus shows that an aspect of schizophrenic thinking is that identity is based on partial identification rather than on identity that is total.
The papers reflect an attempt to go beyond classification, description, and the psychodynamic grip of the day.
This collection is a must for any psychiatric library.
